Demolition and site work for a residential development in Bloomington, Illinois. Conceptual plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
Project will be completed using in-house staff At the above job location, the Bloomington and Normal Water Reclamation District (BNWRD) owns a frame constructed residential type house and outbuildings. BNWRD is soliciting proposals for the demolition of the house and outbuildings and restoring the lot to a grass area. The parcel is outside the limits of the City of Bloomington. The Bloomington and Normal Water Reclamation District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive or not waive any informality in the proposals, and accept any proposal which it deems most favorable to the District. It is agreed that this proposal may not be withdrawn for a period of forty (40) days from opening thereof. It is anticipated that a Purchase Order for the work will be issued within thirty (30) days of the date proposals were opened.
