OPWDDs Contract Management Unit for Staten Island DDSOO is soliciting quotes from responsible and *qualified MWBE, SDVOB or NYS small business contractors to replace a condensate surge tank Staten Island - 2025 Condensate Surge Tank Replacement for Building 12G is one procurement that has two ads posted: one representing opportunity type MWBE or SDVOB Discretionary between $50k - $1.5M, and the other for opportunity type NYS Small Business or Recycled Tech Discretionary between $50k - $500k. The description and bid documents for this procurement are exactly the same for each posting other than the difference in opportunity type. Only one award will be issued dependent upon the vendor's status as MWBE/SDVOB or NYS Small Business.
