A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified contractor to provide construction services for the project listed below. The City of Phoenix is proposing a streetlighting project that will install new roadway streetlights along ten existing roadway segments within the City of Phoenix. The installation of new streetlighting will meet City of Phoenix standards and improve nighttime visibility and safety. This is a federal-aid project. The prevailing basic hourly wage rates and fringe benefit payments, as determined by the Secretary of Labor pursuant to the provisions of the Davis-Bacon Act, shall be the minimum wages paid to the described classes of laborers and mechanics employed or working on the site to perform the contract. This project will utilize federal funds and is subject to the requirements of 49 Code of Federal Regulations Part 26 and the U.S. Department of Transportation DBE Program.
