Highway Project Engineer Highway Regional Operations / Eastern Region 316 - 323 Main Street, Steinbach, Manitoba, R5G 1Z2 Email: Emmanuel.Ishaya@gov.mb.ca Phone: 204-905-9925 The work involves construction of a bituminous pavement and patching, on the northbound and southbound lanes of Provincial Trunk Highway (PTH) 7 from PTH 101 to PTH 67 for a total construction distance of approximately 17km, in the Municipalities of Rosser and Rockwood. Completion Model The Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages and Charged Days in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. Liquidated Dama The Work Must Be Completed by No Later Than June 30, 2026. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of Two Thousand ($2,000.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. Seasonal Shutdown Date The Seasonal Shutdown Date for This Project is: October 31st of Every Calendar Year. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com
