Description

Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Reno, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Said Proposal shall include all labor, tools, implements, machinery, materials, and any incidentals necessary to complete the work in the manner and time prescribed, and in strict conformity with the Contract Documents to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. In general, the major work items include: Bollard installations in the sidewalk surrounding 400 University Way, Reno, NV 89501. The Bidders attention is directed to Nevada Revised Statutes 338.01165 setting forth the requirements for the use of apprentices on public works which requires a contractor or subcontractor to comply with certain requirements relating to the use of apprentices on public works. Bidders are responsible for inspecting site conditions on their own time prior to bid submission. All work for this project will take place in publicly accessible locations.
