Below is a summary of the scope of work for each tank: 1. 5 Angers Avenue and 1000 Bernard Street Water Tanks - Replace access ladder with OSHA compliant ladder beginning at 12 to 15 feet above grade and total length of approximately 105 feet. In addition, an aluminum 8-foot ladder door and OSHA compliant flex cable safety climb system with harness is to be provided. 2. 2435 Hamburg Street Water Tank - Replace access ladder with OSHA compliant ladder beginning at 12 to 15 feet above grade and total length of approximately 95 feet. In addition, an aluminum 8-foot ladder door and OSHA compliant flex cable safety climb system with harness is to be provided. This tank also includes pressure wash concrete piers/foundations,sawcut edges of repair areas, form and repour cap edges where damaged, which is approximately thirty (30) square feet.
