Reference Number 0000398222 This project shall include all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to reconstruct existing span wire type traffic signals with new pole and mastarm type traffic signals with all applicable appurtenances at the intersections of Arapahoe & Franklin; Dry Creek & Franklin; and Dry Creek & Clarkson. Additional permitting and coordination with the Southeast Metro Stormwater Authority (SEMSWA) will be necessary at the intersection of Dry Creek & Clarkson due to it being located in a floodplain. Each Bid shall be made on the Bid Form provided in the bid packet and no Bidder may withdraw their Bid for a period of ninety (90) days from and after the date set for opening of bids. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond on an approved form in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the Bid price, made payable to the City of Centennial, which shall be considered as liquidated damages and shall be forfeited to the City if said Bid is accepted and the Bidder fails to execute the Contract within ten (10) calendar days after the Award by the City. The City reserves the right to waive informalities or irregularities and to reject any or all Bids.
