Ref. #: IFB #25-036 Question Deadline 09/21/2025 at 11:30 PM CT Questions through Online Portal The Tarrant County College District (TCCD) is seeking qualified contractors to execute the fabrication, delivery, and installation of a new wayfinding and signage system across its Northeast and Opportunity Center Campuses. The wayfinding system design has been completed and signed and sealed drawings are provided as part of this solicitation. Scope of Work The awarded contractor shall be responsible for executing all work included in the drawings and specifications, including, but not limited to: Fabrication a. Manufacture all signage in strict accordance with the signed and sealed design drawings and specifications b. Utilize high-quality, durable, and weather-resistant materials to ensure longevity and compliance with TCCD standards. c. Ensure ADA compliance and adherence to all applicable codes and regulations. Delivery & Logistics a. Coordinate transportation of all fabricated signage to designated campus locations. b. Implement proper packaging and handling to prevent damage during transit. c. Develop a delivery schedule in coordination with TCCD to minimize disruption to campus operations. Installation a. Provide temporary signage and mock-ups as directed per plans and specs. b. Install signage as per the approved drawings and placement plans. c. Conduct installation in a phased approach to ensure minimal impact on daily campus activities. d. Verify proper alignment, mounting, and functionality of all signage upon completion. Quality Control & Compliance a. Perform post-installation inspections to verify accuracy, compliance, and adherence to project standards. b. Address any deficiencies or adjustments required by TCCD prior to final acceptance. Training & Documentation a. Provide TCCD staff with documentation and guidelines for long-term maintenance and upkeep. b.
