Site work and asbestos abatement for a multi-residential development in New Bedford, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a multi-residential development; and for asbestos abatement for a 525-square-foot multi-residential development.
Asbestos Abatement at 954 Rockdale Ave at the Parkdale (State 200-22001) STATE AIDED public housing development for the New Bedford Housing Authority (NBHA). If there are any questions regarding this RFQ, then please contact Kevin Rego at the NBHA Procurement Office. If there are any questions regarding the work, then please contact Isidro Fonseca, Blue Meadows Maintenance Manager. The work in the unit is as follows: Proper abatement and disposal of Sheet Goods, Vinyl Asbestos Tiles (VAT), ALL 1/4 " plywood subfloor beneath the VAT and Mastic in; 1.) Livingroom (205 sqft) 2.) Bedroom #1 (135 sq. ft.), 3.) Bedroom #2 (150 sq. ft.) 4.) Hallway (35 sq. ft.) for a total asbestos abatement of approximately 525 square feet. Time For Completion: The work must be completed within fourteen (14) working days after date of Notice to Proceed.
