Charlotte County Fire Station 6 & 17 Wharton-Smith, Inc. is proudly the Construction Manager serving Charlotte County and is soliciting proposals from prequalified subcontractors for the construction of Charlotte County Fire Stations 6 & 17 The project consists of (2) new fire stations. The work includes: earthwork, underground utilities, paving, irrigation, landscaping, fencing, concrete, masonry, structural steel, roofing, sealants, fireproofing, doors, frames & hardware, overhead doors, windows, storefront, gypsum wallboard assemblies, acoustical ceilings, wood flooring, resilient and tile flooring, hard tile, carpeting, acoustic panels, painting, signage, visual display & marker boards, toilet compartments & accessories, lockers, flagpoles, fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC and electrical.
