Site work for a civil project in Greeley, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and road / highway.
The Contract provides for the construction of: 1. The Work involves the installation of a 24" directionally drilled welded steel pipe contained in a 36" steel casing under I25 and WCR 42 intersection. The contractor is responsible for sourcing pipe, welding the pipe, and installation of piping along with pressure testing and passing Bac-T testing. 2. Gate Valves (GTV) will be installed on either end and the existing and new line will be tied together with 20" by 24" reducers. 3. Abandonment of existing line under I25, site restoration, and seeding. All questions shall be sent by email to jcook@nec-engrs.com. The last day for questions is October 5, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. The Work is expected to be commenced within fifteen (15) days after the Date of Contract. Completion of the Work is required as specified in the Bid Form. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total Bid Price must accompany each Bid in the form specified in the Instructions to Bidders. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Construction Performance Bond and a Construction Payment Bond in the amounts of one hundred percent (100%) guaranteeing faithful performance and the payment of all bills and obligations arising from the performance of the Contract.
