Renovation of a fire / police facility in Carlton, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
This project is generally described as follows: The replacement of the roof system at the Fire Station, located at 151 S. Scott Street. Replacement of the roof to align with the insurance schedule. Each bidder must include a bid security with the bid, payable to the City of Sheridan, in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, and to waive any irregularities of any bid. The Owner also reserves the right to award the contract to such responsible bidders as may be determined by the Owner.
