Reference number: 20093866 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-09-29 Electronic tender submission accepted Yes, via SEAO, with a document Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 36 Contract title: Scheduled maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment Building addresses: Various buildings in the Mauricie administrative region The Societe quebecoise des infrastructures (hereinafter the "Corporation") is issuing a public call for tenders for technical services involving scheduled maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment for buildings located at the following addresses: -100 Laviolette Street, Trois-Rivieres (Quebec) G9A 5S9; -587 Radisson Street, Trois-Rivieres (Quebec) G9A 2C8; -750 2nd Avenue, Sainte-Anne-de-la-Perade (Quebec) G0X 2J0; - 850 Hart Street, Trois-Rivieres (Quebec) G9A 1T9; - 878 Tonnancour Street, Trois-Rivieres (Quebec) G9A 4P8; - 950 Tousignant Street, Trois-Rivieres (Quebec) G8V 1S2; - 2775 Boulevard des Recollets, Trois-Rivieres, Quebec G8Z 4J3; and - 3800 Boulevard Gene-H.-Kruger, Trois-Rivieres, Quebec G9A 4M3. Any person or company that has obtained the contract documents and does not submit a bid undertakes to complete the "Non-Participation Questionnaire" form included in the contract documents and send it to the Company at the following email address: infosoumission8@sqi.gouv.qc.ca. The contract covered by this tender is required for a period of 36 months from its effective date. The probable start date for services is 1 November 2025 Tenderers wishing to receive clarification regarding the tender must communicate in writing to the email address below, taking care to mention the contract number. The Company reserves the right not to consider any request for clarification that does not result in a change to the tender documents submitted by a bidder if such request is received five working days or less before the deadline for receipt of tenders.
