GENERAL Sarasota County has received grant funding for the purchase and installation of six (6) solar-powered speed radar feedback signs with variable messaging. The project includes the complete turnkey supply and installation of the signs, including all necessary solar components, mounting hardware, and poles. Installation will occur along designed locations on the Legacy Trail, a Countymanaged, paved multi-use trail. 2. SCOPE OF WORK Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to: A. Furnish six (6) radar speed feedback signs (Carmanah SpeedCheck-15, 30" x 30") or approved equal. B. Provide all associated equipment necessary for proper installation (e.g., mounting brackets, poles, foundations, solar panels or power supply). C. Install the signs at County-identified locations along the trail system. D. Ensure all units are installed in compliance with the manufacturer's instructions. E. Provide complete startup, calibration, and testing of installed units. F. Register equipment warranties and provide required documentation.
