The major improvements for the project will generally consist of the following: 1. Asphalt overlay of Diederich Lane, Country wood Street, South Adams, 8th Street, Deer Creek, Douglas Road, Sun Terrace Drive, Seven Point Lane, Collins Street, Kelly Court, Kristy Lane, Spotted Fawn Lane, Red Doe Cove, and Buck Ridge Cove. Cypress Point Street, Shenandoah Way, and Kingwood Circle are included as Add Alternatives. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of the City of Cabot, Arkansas, negotiable U.S. Government bonds (at par value), or satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total of bid shall be submitted with each bid. Question Deadline 09/25/2025. An interpretation of the meaning of the plans, specifications or other pre-bid documents will not be made to any bidder orally. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to the Engineer who prepared these contract documents and to be given consideration must be received at least five days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids.
