Specifically, the project consists of widening SR 408 to add an additional eastbound lane from west of Church Street to east of Westmoreland Drive, reconstruction of the WB exit ramp to Tampa Ave, realignment of the WB exit ramps to Orange Blossom Trail and I-4, proposed AET Tolling Gantries, and new bridges and/or bridge widenings over Tampa Avenue, Rio Grande Avenue, Orange Blossom Trail, Westmoreland Drive, Parramore Avenue, Hicks Avenue, and Division Avenue. Additional elements include milling and resurfacing, stormwater management & ponds, retaining walls, signing & pavement markings, lighting, ITS, Utility Work by Highway Contractor, local roadway improvements, landscaping, hardscaping and concrete work, and maintenance of traffic in City of Orlando and Orange County, Florida.
