Renovation of a water / sewer project in Sacramento, California. Working plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
As of October 13, 2025, this project has been cancelled. Replacement of two Variable Frequency Drivers (VFDs) and two Reduced Voltage Soft Starters (RVSS) by retrofitting the existing Motor Control Center (MCC) enclosures at the City's San Juan Reservoir. Question Deadline 10/08/2025 at 2:00 PM PT Online Q&A Prior to the opening of the sealed proposals, all questions concerning the Contract Documents shall be directed to Paul Barnes, (916) 430-0969, or facsimile (916) 808-1497. This work consists of removing the exisng VFD's and RVSS's, installing new VFD's and RVSS's, modifying the exisng motor control circuits idenfied in the specificaons, and all the appurtenances as shown in these special provisions. Items that have been struck out in the Technical Specificaons are not included in the Scope of Services. Any contract(s) resulting from this bid shall be effective for a period of one (1) year. The City may extend for up to one (1) additional one year extension not to exceed two (2) years. Start/Delivery Date January 2025
