Reference Number 0000398520 The Town of Firestone is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced firms for the design and development of construction documents for a new Restroom and Concession Facility at the Firestone Regional Sports Complex. The scope of work for this project includes: Comprehensive Site Assessment Facility Design (restroom and concession areas) Site Work Planning (utilities, grading, access, etc.) Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Systems Design Development of Technical Bid Documents Construction Oversight and Support The selected firm will be responsible for delivering a complete set of design and construction documents and providing support services throughout the bidding and construction phases. The Town is looking for a team with demonstrated experience in similar public facility projects, with an emphasis on functional design, durability, ADA compliance, and cost-efficiency.
