Reference Number 0000397746 The Guadalupe Blanco River Authority ("GBRA" or "Owner") is soliciting a Request for Proposal ("RFP") seeking qualified contractors to provide a turnkey HVAC system upgrade at the GBRA Annex in Seguin, Texas. The Annex is approximately 6,200 square feet and features dropped ceilings ranging from 12 feet in the boardroom to 9 feet in the office areas. The lobby includes a vaulted ceiling reaching 12 feet. The selected contractor will furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to remove the existing HVAC systems and install new equipment in accordance with this SOW.
