Reference Number 0000302756 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/10/06 03:00:00 PM EDT The GTAA requires a Contractor to maintain and service (preventive and corrective) switchgear, switchboards and associated quuipment in selective buildings in accordance with NETA and CSA Z463 guideline on maintenance for electrical systems The GTAA requires a Contractor to maintain and service (preventive and corrective) switchgear, switchboards and associated equipment in selective buildings in accordance with NETA and CSA Z463 guideline on maintenance for electrical systems (see Appendix C: Inventory List (attached to this Scope of Work) at Toronto Pearson International Airport. At any time throughout the duration of the Contract, the GTAA reserves the right to increase or decrease the equipment the Contractor will be responsible for maintaining and repairing. Pricing shall be adjusted accordingly using the unit price table. The duration of the Work is for three (3) years plus two (2) one (1) year options The Work includes, but is not limited to, the services outlined in Appendix B: Preventative Maintenance Schedule (PM). 2. Service Level Agreements 1. Attend all meetings called by the GTAA's representative at no additional cost to the GTAA. 2. During the period of this contract, the Contractor shall provide an emergency contact phone number and be available 24/7, 365 and be available to respond to all calls from the GTAA Representative. Respond to service calls (call back) within 30 minutes from the call being made by the GTAA Representative to the Contractor's dispatcher, 24 hours a day every day of the year. Provide a contact name and phone number of the Qualified Electrical Switchgear Technician who will be responding to the service call. The Contractor shall commence performing Corrective Maintenance within 24 hours of a call being made by the GTAA Representative, and Emergency Work within 120 minutes of a call being made by the GTAA Representative.
