Southbridge Care Homes (CVH (No. 2) LP) has retained Traugott Building Contractors Inc. (TBCI) to be their Construction Manager to construct their new Long Term Care Residences & Senior Living Apartments located at 1955 Valley Farm Road, Pickering, Ontario. This Development will consist of one 275,126 Square Foot, 15-storey Long-Term Care (LTC) Building. You are welcome to visit the site location on your own, there will be no scheduled site walk. This project will be constructed using standard means and methods, including, but not limited to, the following scopes: Earthworks Excavation & Backfill Site Services Landscape Concrete Works Rebar Masonry Structural Steel Misc.
