Reference Number 0000302708 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/09/30 03:00:00 PM EDT The City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as the City, is seeking Offers from qualified firms to supply and deliver lumber, plywood, and building materials, on an as and when requested basis, in accordance with the Specifications, Terms and Conditions herein. The Standing Offer may be extended for two (2) additional one (1) year terms, subject to satisfactory performance by the authorized Supplier(s), a continued requirement by the City, and provided that the pricing, Terms, and Conditions for the subsequent periods are mutually acceptable to the City and authorized Supplier(s).
