For further information, please contact us in writing only at: directiongenerale@lac-tremblant-nord.qc.ca A bid bond or certified check equivalent to 10% of the bid amount in favor of the Municipality and valid for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days following the opening of bids; - A letter of intent from a company authorized to act as surety and undertaking to provide a performance bond equivalent to 50% of the contract amount, as well as a guarantee of payment of wages, materials and labor equivalent to 50% of the contract amount.
