Reference Number 0000398545 The City of Wixom, Michigan and the Wixom Downtown Development Authority (hereafter referred to as the "City:) are seeking proposals from qualified landscape & structural architecture and civil engineering firms to provide design services for Phase II of the Civic Center Loop, an expansion and activation project intended to enhance this civic asset as a walkable, multi-generational destination, as well as architectural services for repair of the Wixom Barn.
