The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit proposals from qualified structural engineering firms to carry out structural condition assessments of multiple civic facilities. The City of Delta wishes to benchmark the structural condition of its civic buildings, assess compliance with the BC Building Code 2024 and relevant seismic retrofit guidelines, and identify recommended upgrades and associated costs. The results will inform the City's Asset Management Plan and long-term capital planning.
