The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (GCRTA) transmits herewith this Invitation for Bids (IFB) for the project referenced above. The DBE goal is SEVENTEEN percent (17%). This project is subject to the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) policy of the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority. Communication regarding this procurement, including requests for clarification shall be directed in writing to Jonathan Laule, NIGP-CPP, CPPB, MPA, Program Contract Manager; e-mail: jlaule@gcrta.org. The crossings under this scope of work are to be removed along with track, roadway asphalt, and sidewalks. The new crossing surface to be installed is a precast concrete crossing surface as was installed on the other Light Rail System Crossings. New rail will be installed through the crossings along with a new turnout on the westbound Green Line. Sidewalks will also be replaced to allow for ADA compliance.
