A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Project includes the following Work: Contract No. 1 - Construction of one new 3.0 MG AWWA D110 precast concrete tank with accessories, associated tank piping, furnishing and installation of one TTHM removal system, and appurtenant work as described in the Contract Documents. Contract term: The City will issue the contract based upon the terms and conditions of the RFP. Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all Bids. Bidders are required to certify, under penalty of perjury, that Bids have been prepared without collusion with other Bidders,subcontractors,suppliers, etc. This certification isincluded with the Bid Form and each Bidder must sign in the space provided. Question Deadline 10/10/2025: Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: Submit all questions pertaining the contract documents via email to the Engineer: Richard Walker, PE Richard.Walker@ghd.com (315) 802-0342. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
