Answers to Questions Due October 3, 2025 by 12:00 p.m. Upon entering into a contract with the Owner, the successful Bidder must then file a performance bond for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers, to accept the lowest responsible bids, to waive any informalities in bids received, and to enter into the contract which, in the sole judgment of the Owner, will suit the Owner's needs.
