Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Norwich, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The Norwich Housing Authority ("Authority") will receive sealed bids from contractors for the Roofing Replacement Project at Westwood Park - A/B/C Courts, 10 Westwood Park, Norwich, CT, 06360. The scope includes removal of the existing roofing systems, installation of new architectural asphalt roofing and accessories, replacement of gutters and leaders, replacement of aluminum rakes, fascia's and soffits. Bids shall be accompanied by a five percent (5%) bid bond. This project is subject to State and Federal Law.
