Contractor shall provide, install and construct Site clearing and grubbing Concrete footings, rebar, and dowels Canopy steel columns, steel plates, and anchor bolts Canopy roof framing Electrical conduit, wiring, and light fixtures Required painting Standing seam steel roof Rain Gutter with down spout All construction shall comply with applicable Building Code requirements.
