Friendswood Independent School District (Friendswood ISD, FISD or the District) is seeking qualifications from qualified firms for provision of professional engineering services associated with Surveying Services (characterized generally as Boundary and Topographic Surveying services). If awarded, the initial term of this agreement will be November 1, 2025 - October 31, 2027 with the option to renew annually for up to an additional three years. Friendswood ISD reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to accept any proposal(s) determined to be most advantageous to the Friendswood Independent School District and to waive any informality. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. ** RFQ date info : Sealed Responses, an Original and (1) Duplicate Copy and a Thumbdrive, Must Reach the Purchasing Office on or Before the Designated Hour of the Due Date Specified. Failure to Submit Rfq in Duplicate May Result in Rejection of Offer. Any proposal received later than the specified time, whether delivered in person, by mail or submitted electronically, shall be disqualified, and returned to the vendor unopened. Proposals mailed or delivered must be plainly marked with the name, number, and deadline of the RFQ. Request for Qualifications Shall Be Submitted on This Original Form and Returned With (1) Duplicate Copy and a Thumbdrive. Responses Shall Be Limited to No More Than 50 Sheets, Bound to Lay Flat When Opened. Faxed and E-mailed Responses Are Not Allowed.
