**As of November 6th, 2025, the project was awarded to Acorn Construction Company, with an awarded amount of $380,883.35 ** The City is soliciting bids from qualified Contractors to supply and install an ornamental fence around the perimeter of Ray Aguilera Park located at 843 W Northern Ave, Pueblo, CO. This fence will include 11 walk/drive through gates at various locations around the park. Fencing must be Montage II Classic 3 Rail Ornamental Fence (and materials) or approved equal. Question Deadline 09/30/2025 at 4:00 PM MT online submission. DETAILED SCOPE OF WORK 3.33. INSTALL METAL EDGING 3/16 THICK A. Contractor must order all Materials from a manufacturer/vendor acceptable to the City. B. Contractor shall perform all work as outlined in this Invitation for Bid. Any details that have been left out, but are clearly necessary to complete the work, shall be assumed by the Contractor and included in bid amount. C. Contractor shall be responsible to: A. Install all Materials to manufacturer specifications B. Repair/replace any irrigation that gets damaged during the installation (Contractor must utilize Rainbird materials equal to existing materials) C. Contractor shall provide backfill of top soil D. Contractor shall reseed areas of landscaping that are damaged during the work for this project D. Contractor must properly dispose of any removed materials during fence installation A. No additional fees will be paid by the City for disposal, hauling, etc.
