The building consists of 23 separate units as follows: (14) two bedrooms, one bathroom, (5) three bedrooms, one bathroom, and (4) one bedroom, one bathroom. The Fire Alarm System for this project shall be a Potter Electric Brand System. KCHA will not allow any substitutions for this specified Fire Alarm equipment.
