Question Deadline 02/17/2026 Bidders desiring further information or further interpretation of any part of the Contract Documents are hereby obligated to submit a written request online system for such information to Engineer not less than seventy-two hours (72 hours) before the Bid opening. The purpose of these specifications is to inform landscape irrigation system designers, installation contractors and maintenance contractors of the requirements which must be followed if they intend to connect an irrigation system to the Cinco One Master MUD reuse irrigation delivery system. The specifications cover the process required to submit irrigation designs for approval, the material component standards to which all irrigation systems must utilize. In all cases these specifications shall govern. In instances or situations not specifically addressed by these specifications, the designer, installer, and maintenance contractor shall ensure the design, installation and/or maintenance practices meet or exceed the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) specifications within the Texas Administrative Code; Title 30; Part 1- Chapter 344 for reuse water systems, the Irrigation Association and American Society of Irrigation Designer best management practices. As of 10/31/2025, no bids were received. It will be rebid in the future. Cinco One Master Phase 2 Reclaim Conversion Project Scope of Work of the Contract Documents includes the following: provision of labor, material, equipment, M.O.T. (maintenance of traffic), and permits for converting approximately 1,000 potable water supplied irrigation zones to reuse water supplied irrigation zones. In addition, all converted zones will be modified to improve irrigation system components, coverage, and operational efficiency for Cinco MUD No. 1, Fort Bend County, Texas in compliance with Texas Commission of Environmental Quality (TCEQ) 210 and 344 standards, local and state laws, and the attached specifications and details.
