Reference Number 0000398622 It is the intent of this specification to describe the minimum requirements for providing WELDING-STEEL SUPPLIES to be used as "classroom material" in our Career and Technical Education (CTE) and Adult Ed programs. It is expected that all supplies shipped as a result of a bid award be "firsts" and of high quality, with no material or cosmetic defects. This bid should identify unit prices for each item. Special price reduction after specific quantities are reached should be identified in the "notes" column. Samples or complete description with copy of catalog page must be provided for all "or equal" or substituted items. It is expected that some of the items listed in this bid will start to be ordered on one Purchase Order shortly after the bid award, however, this bid will be valid through November 14, 2023, and smaller orders may follow the initial depending on the changing needs of the program, including increased/decreased enrollment. Not every item may be purchased. Some items may be purchased in greater quantities and several deliveries may be required. All orders must be honored at the bid price through the term of the contract, with no extra charges for smaller orders.
