Your bid must be secured with either a Bid Bond or a Bid Deposit. A Bid Bond must be in the amount of 5% of the total bid and must be on the Authority's Bid Bond Form (TA-44117) which is included in the Proposal. A Bid Deposit must be a certified check or cashier's check made payable to the New York State Thruway Authority in the amount of $375,000.00. Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 7% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 7% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 3%
