Three (3) at the Indian Creek Water Reclamation Facility 1601 Lester Mill Rd, Locust Grove, GA 30248 and one (1) at the Upper Walnut Creek Lift Station 855 U.S. 23, McDonough, GA. The scope of services / work is included with this ITB as Exhibit A of the Model Contract. All bidders must carefully review the scope. Each bond shall set forth a penal sum in an amount not less than the Contract Price. Each bond furnished by the Contractor shall incorporate by reference the terms of this Contract as fully as though they were set forth verbatim in such bonds. In the event the Contract Price is adjusted by Change Order executed by the Contractor, the penal sum of both the performance bond, the payment bond and the maintenance shall be deemed increased by like amount. The performance and payment bonds furnished by the Contractor shall be written in the forms included with this Contract as EXHIBIT G Payment Bond, EXHIBIT H Performance Bond and EXHIBIT I Maintenance Bond and shall be executed by a surety, or sureties, reasonably suitable to HCWA. Bonds shall be issued by a corporate surety appearing on the Treasury Department's most current list (Circular 570, as amended) and be authorized to do business in the State of Georgia.
