The Invitation to Bid (ITB) seeks competitive bids from qualified Firms to provide Traffic Control Services for various ACHD job sites throughout Ada County and includes, but may not be limited to, chip and fog sealing, paving, shouldering, and other miscellaneous roadwork. Due to the complex nature of the various roadwork categories, locations, and manning, ACHD may award multiple contracts to support these needs and address Vendor availability. If a Vendor cannot provide the required Traffic Control Services when requested, ACHD may go to the next lowest cost bidder without penalty. The successful Bidder may be obligated to provide supply, material, payment, and performance bonds in the full amount of 100% of the contract value. ACHD reserves the right to reject all bids or reject any bid not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Contract Documents whenever such action appears to be in the best interest of ACHD .Award of a contract pursuant to this procurement may be delayed, without penalty, for up to sixty (60) calendar days after the date of bid. All questions or requests for clarification regarding this Invitation to Bid, including the content and requirements of the Bid and Contract Documents, must be submitted in writing through online no later than 4:30 pm on Wednesday, September 24, 2025. Any clarifications or modifications that require an addendum will be addressed in a Final Addendum, which will be issued to all registered Bid Holders no later than 4:30 pm on Thursday, September 25, 2025.
