The Forsyth County Public Library is soliciting competitive bids from qualified suppliers for the replacement on HVAC units at our Hampton Park and Sharon Forks locations Replacement of HVAC units at Hampton Park and Sharon Forks branch locations. There are two projects that are included in this bid. Each project is to be bid separately and all bids are to be Lump Sum by project. This bid may be awarded in full or by project. Project #1: Replace the following HVAC equipment at the Hampton Park Library, 5345 Settingdown Road, Cumming, GA 30041. Project #2: Replace the following HVAC equipment at the Sharon Forks Library, 2820 Old Atlanta Road, Cumming, GA 30041. For all projects, HVAC unit(s) should be existing brand or equivalent, all material must be new, contractor shall replace any ductwork insulation removed during installation, repair or replace condensation lines from new units to drain as designed, provide data sheets on equipment being proposed, submit a copy of HVAC license with bid, work will be conducted during normal business hours, meet all codes, provide crane for removing and setting equipment, recover existing unit refrigerant, dispose of existing equipment, clean area of all construction debris and restore to original appearance, and provide all materials and workforce to complete installations.
