Town of Baileyton invites sealed bids for the repair and replacement of hail-damaged roofs, siding, exterior walls, gutters, downspouts and lighting fixtures on multiple municipal buildings and park structures. Work is not limited to repairs and replacements of roofs, siding and exterior walls, but shall include: o Removal and lawful disposal of damaged materials of roofing, siding and exterior walls. o Installation of new roofing, siding and exterior wall systems, underlayment, flashing, ridge caps, vents, soffit, fascia, windows, window screens, window reglazing/repairs, a/c condenser fins, exterior light fixtures, and accessories per manufacturer's specifications and local building codes. o Repair or replacement of gutters and downspouts as necessary for proper roof function. o Site cleanup and final inspection. Facilities Included: A. Town Park - All pavilions, bathroom buildings, dugouts, maintenance buildings, T-ball concession stand, main concession stand, Bargain Days building, storage buildings, stage, bleachers, and gazebo. B. Town Buildings - Town Hall, detached storage building at Town Hall, Old Town Hall, Medical Clinic, Baileyton Volunteer Fire Department (BVFD), Cullman County Sheriff's Office - Baileyton Annex.
