Site work, outdoor lighting and renovation of a mixed-use development in Saint-Jean-Sur-Richelieu, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a water / sewer project; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.

Development of a municipal park at the outdoor centre Center-de-Plein-Air-Ronald-Beauregard. The scope of the project includes the construction of an outdoor swimming pool, a main service building, a public beach and water access, a waterfront service building, redevelopment of the official park entrance, redevelopment and reconstruction of the parking lot, development of cycle paths, installation of an ambient lighting system, installation of children's playgrounds and street furniture. TIMELINE: The owner is currently requesting proposals from multi-disciplinary architectural and engineering professional consulting firms for the preparation of the project design and construction work monitoring. Reference number: 20094882. Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2025-10-03. Electronic proposal submission is accepted via SEAO, with two documents. Please note: this request for proposals closure date has been extended. Notes: - Addenda # 1 to # 6 to this RFP have been issued: the time limit for the reception of proposals previously set for November 24, 2025 is now set for January 19, 2026. - The firm WAA was awarded for the preparation of a feasibility study for the project implementation.
