This project consists of the furnishing all labor, overhead, equipment, materials, incidentals, and services necessary (JPPM will furnish paper products and supplies at individual locations) to repair and restore historic hardscaping as defined in specifications (JPPM PATTERSON HOUSE AND GARDENS HARDSCAPING PATTERSON POOL) at Jefferson Patterson Park & Museum (JPPM). Contractors may utilize their standard bid form, but please include this filled in and signed IFB. In addition, the contractor will submit: -- Bid/Proposal Affidavit. -- Conflict of Interest Affidavit and Disclosure. -- Licenses or certifications. -- Company's certificates of insurance. -- Acknowledgement of receipt of any amendment(s) to this IFB. Cost to grade and restabilize the landscape along the West side of the Pool Patio at the Patterson House and Gardens, to ensure that water drains away from the patio and pathway areas. This is to ensure that there is no standing or stagnant water on the south and west sides of the pool patio or on the south side of the proposed flagstone pathway. Cost to install a flagstone pathway from the base of the steps from the Enclosed Garden to the edge of the flagstone deck around the Pool Patio. This project should use materials that match the historic hardscaping as closely as possible.
