Renovation of a retail development in Saint John, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 24,360-square-foot retail development.
The City of Saint John is soliciting tenders for the supply of all materials, labor and equipment necessary to complete the City Market Retail Renovation Phase 1. Project Scope Mechanical Work: Includes plumbing systems (removal and installation of fixtures, sanitary and domestic piping), ventilation (removal and installation of fans and ductwork), and sprinkler systems (new heads to suit layout). Electrical Work: Includes wiring of equipment, branch circuits, luminaires, emergency lighting, exit signs, and fire alarm system modifications. General Construction: Renovation of retail areas, washrooms, structural ramp, and casework installation. Only registered suppliers with a Bidding System Vendor account and marked as Plan Takers can submit bids.
