Roof inspection, repair, and maintenance services are required at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. The work involves providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to inspect existing roofing systems, perform repairs as needed, and conduct routine maintenance to ensure the integrity and functionality of the roofs. The contractor must comply with all applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations throughout the performance of the contract. The project is structured as a Firm Fixed Price contract and is set aside for 100% Total Small Business participation. The magnitude of the requirement is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. A Bid Bond Guarantee of 20% is required. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
