Question Deadline 09/26/2025 at 3:00 PM ET Any prospective offeror desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation, drawings, specifications, etc., must request it in writing. (b) CMRTA seeks to permit maximum practicable competition. Offerors are urged to advise the Procurement Officer - as soon as possible - regarding any aspect of this procurement, including any aspect of the Solicitation that unnecessarily or inappropriately limits full and open competition. CMRTA reserves the right to make modifications or amendments to this solicitation, either at the request of an Offeror or upon CMRTA's own initiative. If CMRTA determines it is appropriate to revise any portion of this solicitation, it will issue a written amendment to the solicitation. Offerors shall submit a signed copy of the "Acknowledgement of Amendments" for each amendment issued with their proposals. If an amendment requires significant changes in the Scope of Work to be performed under the contract, the date for receipt of proposals may be postponed at CMRTA's discretion. All responses to questions submitted to CMRTA shall be answered by September 30, 2025, 5:00 PM ET by written amendment issued by the Procurement Officer and posted online. CMRTA may reject any or all proposals in whole or in part. Pre-Bid meeting: Due to the importance of all offerors having a clear understanding of the specifications and requirements of this solicitation, a conference of potential offerors will be held on the date specified on the cover page. Bring a copy of the solicitation with you. Any changes resulting from this conference will be noted in a written amendment to the solicitation. Your failure to attend will not relieve the Contractor from responsibility for estimating properly the difficulty and cost of successfully performing the work, or for proceeding to successfully perform the work without additional expense to CMRTA. If Offerors choose to attend the site visit, they shall practice safety standards and guidelines prescribed by Federal, State, and Local government. High visibility safety apparel is required while working in parking lot areas. . CMRTA reserves the right to cancel the site visits at anytime prior to the occurrence. The effective date of this contract is the first day of the Maximum Contract Period as specified on the final statement of award. The initial term of this agreement is 30-days from the effective date. Regardless, this contract expires no later than the last date stated on the final statement of award. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
