Question Deadline 10/07/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The Project includes the following Work: Approximately 5,200 feet of 8" directional drill sanitary sewer forcemain installation, from the existing 7 th Street lift station to the existing treatment ponds. Existing sanitary forcemain relocation in conjunction with storm culvert replacement, sanitary manhole replacement and gravity sewer main abandonment on Lakeshore Drive. Installation of (2) grinder pump stations near the south end of Lakeshore Drive. A pre-bid conference for the Project will NOT be held. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Bid Bond or certified check payable to Owner shall be in an amount no less than 5% of the maximum bid as a guarantee, that if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute and file the Contract, Performance and Payment Bonds, and Insurance Certification, as required by the Contract Documents within (10) days after the Notice of Award The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids.
