Cr number: 2126640 The new york state office of mental health is seeking bids for a flooring project at our hutchings psychiatric center Questions regarding this solicitation are due per the instructions in the ifb by friday, september 26, 2025, 3:00pm et. Questions will be accumulated by omh, and responses will be sent to potential bidders on wednesday, october 1, 2025. The q&a will also be posted to the contract reporter. Service-disabled veteran-owned set aside: no Minority owned sub-contracting goal: 16% Women owned sub-contracting goal: 14% Service-disabled veteran-owned business contracting goal: 6% Disadvantaged owned sub-contracting goal: 0% Contract term: november 3rd, 2025 - march 31, 2026 The process will include: Removal and disposal of existing sheet vinyl flooring only on floors 1-3 from corridor. The approximate sqft of each floor is listed below. 1 st floor is 2,500 sqft. 2nd floor is 2,500 sqft. 3rd floor 1,800 sqft. Prior to installation, prepare surfaces to comply with PH and Moisture levels of the adhesive and flooring manufacturers guidelines. Leveling and necessary prep prior to installation. Installation of Mohawk LVT-Style: Optic Hues Color: Ferro Size 12x24. We require direct glue installation. Must install Vinyl Transitions where any/all adjacent flooring meets the new flooring.
