1. 1,000 Tons PA-2A Subbase: Delivered 2. 300 Tons Superpave Binder Course, 19.0 mm: FOB Plant 3. 600 Tons PennDOT Type AS3 Anti-Skid: Delivered 4. 1,000 Tons AASHTO No. 8: Delivered 5. 1,000 Tons AASHTO No. 8, Type A, with a 1.0% Loss by Wash (washed for Bituminous Seal Coat application): Delivered 6. 5,000 Gallons Emulsified Asphalt Material, either Class RS-2PM (Polymer-Modified Emulsified Asphalt) or Class CRS-2PM (Polymer-Modified Cationic Emulsified Asphalt): FOB Plant All amounts are more or less. All proposals will require a Bid Bond of 10% of the amount of the bids. All contracts will require a Performance Bond for 50% of the contract amount. The Supervisors of Towamensing Township reserve the right to reject any or all the bids and to waive any or all informalities in the interest of the Township.
