The building will comprise 10 Complex Care Housing units and an estimated 25 Supportive Housing units. TIMELINE: Negotiated Request for Proposals is underway by BC Housing Management Commission ("BC Housing"), to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of providing Prime Consultant Architectural Services for SHF in Lower Mainland Region, BC, as further described in this RFP. Further update in early 2026, pending selection of a preferred proponent. Question Deadline 09/30/2025 at 2:00 PM PT Deadline for Issuing Addenda: October 07, 2025. Budget estimate is unconfirmed.
