The site work consists of, but is not limited to: site clearing, site stabilization and erosion control, excavating, filling and backfilling, storm water conveyance and retention systems, site utilities, rough and fine grading, concrete aprons, concrete and/or asphalt driveways and parking areas, concrete curb & gutter and concrete sidewalks, site lighting, landscaping and irrigation systems. The fire station work includes, but is not limited to: Reinforced concrete footings, concrete slabs-on-grade, reinforced load-bearing CMU foundation and perimeter walls, structural steel framing, structural steel roof trusses, metal roof and floor decks, single-ply membrane roofing assemblies, brick veneer, cast stone, aluminum framed storefront window and entrance systems, exterior metal stud framing, interior metal stud framing, gypsum board, vinyl flooring, tile flooring, wall tile, suspended acoustical panel ceiling systems, plumbing systems, fire protection systems, mechanical systems, electrical systems and electrical infrastructure and wiring for security and access control systems. The building consists of administrative areas, living quarters and emergency vehicle apparatus bays. Owner will contract with separate public and private utility providers, furniture, communications, and vehicle exhaust systems subcontractors and/or vendors for certain portions of the project's scope of work. General Contractor will be responsible for coordinating the schedules and work of their own workforce(s) and of their subcontractors with 1) the schedules and work of the Owner's subcontractors and/or vendors and/or with 2) the schedules and work of public and private utility providers. Use of Premises: o The Contractor shall have full use of premises for construction operations o The Contractor will be responsible for keeping vehicle access open to the adjacent properties
